This is not just a statement. At pixán we believe that sustainability and science based R&D projects are seeding the long term success of businesses, and as such are inextricably linked to a sustainable future for all. We acknowledge that the escalating climate crisis is the defining challenge of our time, and the urgent need for continuous action to restore biodiversity, and foster a more inclusive and equitable society. Consequently, we are committed to work on sustainability-focused R&D projects and assignments that demonstrate leadership, urgency, and authority, ensuring that the climate emergency receives the sustained attention it deserves.

Our initial commitment is to lead by example, working diligently to achieve ‘net zero’ in our own operations as swiftly as possible.

Additionally, we are actively establishing a philanthropic endowment fund dedicated solely to enhancing water resilience and preserving freshwater resources.

The rationale is straightforward: all humans, life forms, and industries rely on water. Alarmingly, we have reached a tipping point where over 40% of the global population may lack access to freshwater by 2030. This underscores the necessity of prioritizing the hydrological cycle in our global perspective and actions.
